GORE-TEX® Pro Shell contains a new patent pending technology called Gore Micro Grid Backer Technology. This is a new technology specially made for hard core outdoor enthusiasts. It sets the benchmark for outerwear.
GORE-TEX® Pro Shell is engineered with the most rugged, most breathable fabrics for extended and extreme conditions.
The Gore Micro Grid Backer Technology is an innovative patent pending internal backer fabric, which is used in 3-Layer GORE-TEX® Pro Shell jackets instead of a tricot knit backer. The Gore Micro Grid Backer Technology is a thin, low denier, low density woven fabric backer.
